SHULAR TO THIBERT CONNECTION REVEALED

This may require some careful reading. I've taken what I feel are pertinent pages of Rick Shular's Cross Examination in the Conflict of Interest Case against Councillors Steckley, Hill, Lubberts and Collard currently underway in Ontario Superior Court.  There have been numerous delays in this case which is now in limbo because the presiding judge died a couple of months ago.  Addition testimony is still being taken and it is presumed that a ruling will not come down until well after the municipal election on October 27.  I believe that this may be part of the grand plan to eliminate four duly-elected councilors. I also believe that the people have the right to know how this lawsuit was started and by whom. So, read on:
